Himiway E-bike

We recently purchased 2 of the A 7 Pro and have enjoyed them immensely. Both packaged very well for shipping in a timely basis. Initially I had 2 problems with one of the bikes and I emailed them for support. They replied with the necessary adjustments to make and all has worked well since. Thank you to the Himiway team

No one likes to admit that they are a problem child, but if the shoe fits you must wear it. I’ve had a few difficulties and each time I contacted Himiway support, they handled the problem swiftly and efficiently with the outcome I was hoping for. They are also quite knowledgeable and believe it or not, I trust their answers to any question about their products more so than AI. I love my bike and couldn’t be happier with the team that stands behind it.

This business’s community outreach and marketing held a complimentary tune of my 2 e-bikes that wasn’t even their brand. A very friendly worker welcomed me, showed me their many higher end e-bikes $3k-4k and a few friendlier e-bikes in the $1500 range . I was a very happy biker when Himiway opened a showroom/service site down the street I live. I have had other e-bikes but nothing compares to the service, quality and stability that this company brings. I was invited to take one of my bikes to see if anything needed adjustment or service.
