The entire customer experience was great. Initially I had concerns on purchasing a bike from Facebook marketplace; I got advised it was a good purchased and had bicycle warehouse provide an “expert tune up”. The service was top notch and they were also able to install my pedals as well as adjust my stem bar. Overall would recommend for anyone with a bike or wanting to purchase a bike!

Could not find a shop to repair my son’s bike then a saw bicycle wherehouse and they said no problem we can fix it. I left it and a few days later they called and said it was finished. The repair and price were great and my son is able to use his bike again. Would recommend them to anyone needing a bike repaired.

I love Bicycle Warehouse. Been going here for years & even though I'm non longer in the area, I made a special trip into this location just to order my Specialized tubes.
