I won’t be buying from kasen no more. I bought a kasen bike back in late August of last year. I bought the bike because I was in an accident July 31st and need transportation. The dealer who sold me the bike is a great guy. Told me this company is great and really care about their customers. Even gave me examples from other customers of how good there bikes are and yes there bikes are good and believed it. THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. Bought a product, received a different product, and had to pay both shipping - to receive and return. FOR THE WRONG PRODUCT. When addressed their customer support received a very low quality response and now I'm stuck. Would never buy from them and def don't recommend doing any business with them!!!
