The service at this bike shop is simply amazing! 🤩 The staff are super friendly, and the bicycle mechanic is a master of their craft. 👨🔧 I went in thinking I had a busted quick-release hub on my mountain bike. It turned out to be a busted spring, which they replaced in a matter of seconds. Best of all, they didn't even charge me for the new spring or the labor! 💯 This is a truly service-oriented local shop that genuinely cares about the biking community. John and his crew are awesome! His is the ONLY bike shop I allow to touch my bike. I’ve been bringing my bikes here since 2013 and the service is always excellent. John is a pro: skilled, knowledgeable, resourceful, and has great stories!
The staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. The overall energy was great. I was looking for an E-bike and they were very helpful with explaining the different bikes and brands. They even encouraged test riding multiple bikes to get a feel for these bikes. I was sold not just on the bike I selected but vibe and helpfulness they were able to give. Check them out. You won’t be disappointed.

The bike rides amazing and I am glad I took it CVC.

From the start, I specifically asked them to replace the rear derailleur cable, but the process was extremely slow — it took them over two months to complete the service and more than two weeks just to send me the service order. When I finally picked up my bike and made the payment, I went out for my first ride and discovered they hadn’t done the job I requested. The bike...
