I passed by this shop around 1:39, it was closed but a sign said: 30 minutes lunch. I went to another store just to make time to back to this shop. I back at 2:30pm, made them a call to ask what time will be open again after I told him I saw the sign saying 30 minutes lunch, the guy said: oh yes! reopen at 3pm. Then it wasn’t only 30 minutes lunch… Disappointed from me, because I waisted my time and gasoline….

I go there every so often and every time I realize how overpriced everything is. They only do store credit so when I went to return the bike sealant I got ten minutes prior they only gave me store credit which is now just going to sit and be useless because I won’t be going back. Also they don’t have that much inventory. There bike servicing is not good at all, once took my bike in to get the brakes bled and they charged me $120 and made me replace the brake pads and rotors on top of that. Ke...

Took my bikes here twice for some repair work. I like to do some repairs on my own but can sometimes get in over my head. Each time, they quickly recognized a small mistake I made when working on it myself. They not only fixed it but kindly explained how to fix it. I brought my bike here to be tuned up and thoroughly cleaned $250 . I was called and was told the work is done when I went to pick up my bike it was filthy dirty the same wait I left it. They told me they clean it I went back a couple hours later and took it for a test drive the bike wouldn't shift. Every customer that was in there when I was there was unsatisfied
