Wheel Away Cycle Center

I had a great experience today at Wheel Away bike shop. I brought my Giant Anthem MTB in for a tune-up because it was stuck in one gear and the dropper post cable was messed up. The staff explained that the issues might be fixable during the tune-up and told me I could pick the bike up the next day. I took my road bike (Bianchi) into them to get repaired because I wanted to sell it - the gears weren't shifting properly. The guy took me right away. I wanted to just find out what was wrong and how much it would cost to repair it. In about 10 minutes he actually FIXED my bike and didn't charge me a cent. What a great shop!!! I had never been in there before and they did it as a favor!! Great place. I will definitely come back again!!

I cannot say enough great things about this place. All the employees are super helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I asked a billion questions and went in at least 5 times before actually purchasing a bike. Jake was extremely nice helping me find the right bike. Been shopping around for bikes online for about a week. Wheel Away is the third shop I went to during the week. Had the pleasure of working with Jake who helped me narrow down a bike and proper size. Although I didn't buy a bike in that instance, I would definitely come back again for service or anything else.

Came to repair my bike It's cheaper to buy the part and ask them how to do it since they are very kind, but since I don't have the right tools I use them which cost me slightly more but still worth it. Definitely we come again :)
