California Ebike

I contacted Kent with California E-bikes asking if he could do some custom work on a railbike. Of all the bike stores I contacted throughout the north state, Kent was the only one that responded confidently and positively about performing this work. I needed to have my Bafang motor removed from my frame but non of my local shops could figure out how to get it off! I contacted Kent and scheduled a time to come by his shop. He had the motor off in less than 5mins! He has the tools and expertise! Kent was very accommodating and I would highly recommend you take your ebike here for all your repairs or service needs!

I had converted an old mountain bike using a Bafang motor. It now has about 9,000 miles on it, and I was concerned the motor activating when the pedal was turned when the bike was mounted on a repair stand. I brought the bike in, and the gentleman at the shop spent at least 30 minutes with me. Explained this was a normal function of the Bafang motor. I asked if it was time to rebuild the motor. He rode the bike and the motor ran quietly, so he did not see a need to rebuild the motor. ...

This place is a scam. I should have trusted other reviews (and my gut). 5+ weeks from original order date and website says no order for my order # and customer service has ghosted me after multiple attempts. SAVE YOURSELF and stay far away.
