I brought my mountain bike in because the rear shock was worn out. After waiting weeks, I picked it up and noticed a metal-on-metal sound — the shock was hitting the frame. I dropped my son's road bike off for new inner tubes and a tune-up. After a quick but thorough inspection, I had them replace a stretched chain, brake cables and pads, and new tires. It works like new thanks to the experienced and thoughtful staff. The entire repair took roughly a week (which shows how popular and busy the bike repair department is!) I definitely will be taking my bike there soon for a once over and tune-up!

I took my old bike seat, on the post, with the new seat into their shop. I could not get the old seat off and asked for help. I agreed to a small charge eagerly. I want to do more business with them. Such nice people.
