The service was great and very fast. He also tuned my ebike up for free which was great! I will definitely be back and will most certainly recommend anyone to them.

Bike setup was done by James. He was patient and informative on the bike and riding techniques. Beyond what I would expect from a factory direct or big chain store. The Pro Caliber feels solid and top build quality. It was concerning that the left cap to the front fork was almost forgotten about. But he installed it last minute.

I went into Phat Tire with the intention of receiving product recommendations for a few upgrades to my existing bike. Mark did a phenomenal job of tracking down parts to meet my desires that work with what I've got. There was a little hiccup with the vendor sending out the correct parts, but Mark did everything within his power to get me taken care of. James is awesome. Truly knowledgeable and wants what’s best for you. I came for a helmet and left with a new bike and a new Kuat rack. Totally happy with my experience and will absolutely be returning for everything I need!
