Wow best bike shop ever. Coleman greeted me upon entry, he was super kind and had the best customer service. Even tho he was the only one and completely swamped he still managed to make time for me, got me in n out with flying colors! He also gave me a tutorial on how to change my tire tube while he was doing it, it was soo empowering and helpful. I'm so glad I found this place. I was searching reddit for things to do in Hot Springs with a senior pup, and saw a post from the owner about how he had trailers for dogs. Having never ridden an e bike, he walked me through the options and I am truly grateful. My and my pup had an absolute blast riding around all day. At the risk of sounding cliche, this was kind of life altering. I'm currently looking into my own gear so that I can get out and do this more often. Thanks again my guy.

Me and my wife rented 2 of their electric bikes. We rode the trail nearby and we had a great time. The easy to use bikes let us follow a gentle stream through town. The shopkeeper was very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend. Bring a picnic to enjoy by rhw stream.

We had a fantastic experience! Coleman and his team were super accommodating, friendly, and very informative. The electric mountain bikes were an absolute blast. This was our first time mountain biking and we planned to book the standard mountain bikes, but ended up getting the e-bikes. That definitely made a difference and helped us ride a lot more trails and made the ride a lot more fun. The whole process was smooth and enjoyable.
