The Ride

My bicycle was new but stored in the garage for about 5 years due to poor assembly by Walmart associates. I found The Ride online and went today for maintenance and repairs, in order to ride with my grands. That was the best decision I made! Excellent service was provided and I recommend The Ride to all cyclist!! 10/10

This group is amazing! Went in yesterday with little to no knowledge and they were extremely helpful and informative and helped us to get set up and enjoyed our first ride today with ease and comfort!

Eric at The Ride was awesome; he diagnosed the problems with my bike, fixed every one of them, and was helping customers out all at the same time. I’ll definitely be going back to The Ride for any future biking needs!

I bought a used road bike on facebook and brought it to The Ride for a tune up and a bike fitting. The staff were fun and helpful. Erik, the owner, was the real deal! He is very knowledgeable and helped me out so much during the bike fitting! They made my second hand bike feel brand new! Highly recommend!

My rad power bikes fell off my camper and needed repairs as I am taveling across the US. I contacted The Ride and spoke w Mike. What a great guy. I ordered the parts had them shipped to him. Showed up a day early. He took me right in and fixed the bikes that day. Talk about "southern hospitality". He made me feel like I was his only customer. He found another issue and fixed tight there. (Lucky i happened to have the spare part)There was even one part i was missing and he ordered it overnight...
