We are so grateful to have found these rentals! The bikes were incredible! (The Orbea Rise E-bike doesn't disappoint!) Brad and his family took great care of me. He was very communicative, and friendly. He made the process of renting super easy. They delivered my rental first thing in the morning and picked it up in the evening when I was ready. 10/10 highly recommend.

This family business deserves it's 5 star status. Here are some of our highlights with Rise and Ride: customer service is excellent, they are quick to repond and easy to work with, the bikes are top notch and well maintained, delivery and pickup is definately a plus, they fit the bikes to us and adjusted the suspension specifically to us, and lastly-they helped us decide where to ride and we enjoyed every minute! What a great experience! Brad and Elisa were so easy to work with. They dropped off and picked up the bikes at our rental which made everything super convenient. They were flexible with drop off and pick up times and responsive to any issues we had. We were able to rent a kids ebike for our youngest along with 4 adult bikes for the rest of us so the whole family could ride all day long. The bikes had amazing range and were in great shape.
