I don’t write reviews often but I was very impressed with this store especially Kylie and Riley. I had millions of questions about a specific bike and they definitely had all the answers. They were knowledgeable, professional and definitely patient. I would highly recommend visiting this store. Ask for Kylie or Riley and you will be in good hands.

Super pleased with my MS&G experience. My father purchased a bike here two years ago, so when it came time for me to get a new one, I knew where to go. Ordered my bike online on Wednesday, and by Saturday it was ready for me to pick up at the Spruce Grove store. Stopped by their shop here in Spruce Grove after spending $300 on a brand new bike, because the seat was way too uncomfortable to ride for very long. They outfitted my bike with a brand new gel seat, and didn’t even charge for the install. Great people, extremely helpful staff! I’m making these guys my go-to bike shop from now on!

My partner showed me this store...both of us are into road bikes and since winter is coming we are hoping to winterize are babies. Never been to this place and I was amazed at all the bike choices. Although they don't carry lots of brands definitely you will get decent items here. And they have an in-store repairman for all your need when it comes to your bike.
