Scam alert. I bought a tire that was on sale because the sales person told me that there was only one left. The truth is that they repackaged a used tire and sold it as new but I only noticed when I bought a second tire from another shop yesterday. The tire on the right is the used tire from Revolution Cycle which clearly shows damaged packaging, missing instructions and inner tie, and wear and tear, compared to the new tire on the left. Great store. Knowledgeable staff and great prices. I went to several different stores looking for a XC ski setup and left here happy. It’s worth the drive from the city.

Picked up a Marin bike that went on sale. Price was right and the transaction was very quick but the staff wasn’t very friendly. Kind of a cold/condescending attitude. They never congratulated me on buying a bike or anything. It was just like walking in and getting the same service experience you’d expect at a McDonald’s. I’ll get my bike serviced elsewhere.

Chase is a Bicycle Technician there and Robert works the front counter, my experience with both have been nothing but outstanding and above the rest. No price gouging, no gotten too big for your britches like First Born sweat and Tears (If you know you know) If you haven't checked out these guys please do. The competition has nothing on these professionals. I didn't mention the other staff only because I haven't met them. Great location easy to get to and just an all round wonderful staff and...
