Al provided great service and advice when I bought 2 sport quads several years ago. He stocked the parts I needed when I crashed into trees and cartwheeled down a crevasse. These Chinese machines take a lot of abuse and keep on running. I would buy another machine from Al if he still stocked the 300cc quads. The kids loved the smaller quad, but didn't like to ride with me on the steep trails deep in the mountains.

Buying a quad from them tomorrow. Contacted them today about it and they didn’t have the colour my son wanted ready to go. I was willing to go with what they have since this is such short notice but they are building it as we speak. So far the service is A+ I’ll update after we pick up tomorrow. I was just getting ready to buy an ATV at Offroad Motorsports but saw on social media that Al Richards, the owner, made a post on social media about his personal life that was very unprofessional. I decided I will go somewhere else. The reason I say this is because I always research who I’m buying from. What kind of company it is and if they’re good with warranties and what not if they are reputable.

Bought dirt bike and atv. Litterly brought home as live 2 hrs away from place of business. Kids tried atv and decided they wanted a second one. bike wasnt even used. Asked to return next day and pay difference to get second atv ordered. Stated no returns or exchanges. Kids didnt even use it! Great customer service, very professional. Owner gives you the proper steps in taking care of the machine for it to last, and reasonably priced. My 3 year old couldn't be happier for his new toy.
