Rob and his team were great!! It took us over 11 months to decide which Ebike to get. And who to buy from. The bikes we got are fun and great for keeping fit. We can now go out with the grandkids. (they have to keep up with us now LoL) I added air-conditioning to mine LOL.

Absolutely love the E-bikes we bought!! We did a ton of research and test rides before we picked the Synergy Commuter, a step through for my wife and a high bar for me. We have put about 65kms on these bikes with absolutely no issues, and nothing but 100% pure enjoyment! I pull a 20lbs trailer with a 35lbs dog and if I fall behind pedalling , all I have to do is hit the “happy flapper” and I’m caught right back up….. big hill…. These guys are excellent to deal with, they're shop rate, at only $80/h was well worth it. They went above and beyond for my little budget. My bike is in good shape again and ready for the summer. My next bike I'm going to get from these guys. They're not too expensive for their bikes. They're excellent quality and as far as the shop goes when you're buying a new bike, you're also shopping for a good shop and I will go with these guys everyday.

Update: Stopped in today to see what's new, and they are carrying a bunch of new bikes as well as fitness equipment now! ------ Great guys to deal with, and loads of cool stuff. I bought a bike here last year, and stopped by today to pick up some brake pads (700km so far on the bike!). Loads of cool bikes and scooters, accessories and more. Tell them Luke sent ya. :)
