I recently bought ebikes for myself and my wife from Ridley's in Okotoks. David, Paul, and Niles were all extremely helpful and made it easy for us to work out what was the best option for us. Their product knowledge and willingness to listen and advise without pressure is outstanding and should be an example to all other companies that want to excel at customer service.

Always a solid experience at Ridley's. I've been coming here since 2019 after being competitive rider many years ago and was looking for a decent full suspension trail bike. Went into the Okotoks Ridleys, with an interesting problem..I had 2 flats, one after the other on my recumbent trike..after much deliberation they found an issue with my tire, the bead separated from the tire pucnturing the inner tube..everyone of these guys are great to work with...glad I found them 3yrs ago
