The bikes are pretty cool. The custom bike builder on their website is kinda neat. But I think the one thing that can't be seen on the surface is the genuine customer support these guys have. These guys literally gave me a private whatsapp support group where I can message them anytime for technical info, videos, or repair manuals. What dealership does that!? Anyways the lack of reviews is probably cause too many of their customers rather be riding and I'm right there with them. Cya!

I recently purchased an e-bike from them, and I couldn't be happier. The quality of the bike is outstanding, offering incredible power, that makes for a smooth ride, whether I'm in town or exploring off-road trails. The customer service from Enduro was equally impressive, they were very patient with me hahaha and answered all my questions. Highly recommended!

When I think about E-bikes the one and only option that comes to my mind is Enduro E-Bikes. I've tried a couple more brands but they didn't deliver what I needed, plus, I gotta be honest, the customer support was superb so that made me choose Enduro!!. I miss my E-bike so much. It was literally Power inside a bike. I'm waiting for them to open a store in South America so I can get my enhanced baby again.

I inquired via email about a specific part for my ebike. The owner got back to me within minutes, which is unheard of nowadays. After some back and forth, my inquiry was fully considered and answered.
