Went there this morning to look at a side by side. The service guy was helpful. The salesman not at all. He didn't even get up, basically told me I was an idiot as I didn't read the fine print. Couldn't be less interested. Was rude. Maybe because I'm a woman. Or maybe he is just a jerk! Definitely not a salesman.It's amazing to me that they sell anything. Our money will be spent elsewhere.

I work Monday to Friday 8:00- 5:30 pm so I’ve never been able to enter this store. What a stupid business hour schedule. I’m Edmonton bound to drop $12,000 on riding gear and to buy another jet boat.

My new #1 stop for gear in town and I have been to them all recently, many places have sales advertised and this place blew them out of the water. Timothy was awesome to work and will save you $$$! helped me with my whole winter setup so will be back in the spring to do it all over again, I highly recommend stopping in and seeing what they can do for you.

We were just in the store and wanted to talk to someone about a quad, but sales guys too busy talking to his friend and the guy at the counted couldn't be bothered to talk to us, just kept telling us to go online. So we won't be buying it there. Maybe Whitecourt dealer will want our business.

Went in for my first time today to inquire about their boat selection. Took a couple of minutes to really get the salesperson engaged in conversation but he was ultimately quite knowledgeable and honest about his personal and professional opinions regarding quality and characteristics of each product. May seriously consider making a purchase in the foreseeable future. I also had the pleasure of a friendly conversation with the owner who happened to stop by while I was there.
