I ordered online thru their website. Then they followed up with a phone call to make sure I was ordering correct parts. Some parts were discontinued so they sent me parts to match aftermarket replacements. Very fast response to emails. Would 100 percent order all my parts from them

Super Scoots was an awesome company to deal with! They answered my questions immediately before the purchase, delivered in person the very next day, and even delivered a replacement part in person when it was discovered to be broken upon setting up the scooter. The scooter I wound up purchasing is the Teverun Fighter 11, and this thing is insanely fast!
