Always a great experience going to this store! The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Even though I didn’t buy my bikes from them, they’ve gone out of their way to help me with the servicing & repairs that I’ve needed and they take the time to answer all my bike related questions when I’m there. Plus they run an amazing ride group in the summer months. I highly recommend this store!

Newly purchased road bike I was fitted to my bike given the best education I have ever received almost 3 hours to set my cycling shoes cleats and pedals sync all the wireless stuff and put on my new bike bag. They really took time to make sure I was set before leaving . Great experience 5/5 highly recommend

Amazing service at MSG west! Everyone is always 100% in to go the extra mile. The service department has pulled through to save me in some tight situations, immediately before a race or a big trip. The mechanics are a great crew, always willing to talk through, throughly investigate, or troubleshoot a problem rather then blindly replace things. Best bike shop in town! Not only is the selection vast & the pricing reasonable but the atmosphere is also stellar. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. Whether they are helping me to find a specific part, working on my bike or just chatting they are amazing. Also the management of MSG is something to take note of. They are heavily involved in the community, something you don't always see. If yer looking for a new bike, bike repair, parts or apparel this is your place!
