Nice place with a ton of mountain bike . I went there to takr a peak if i would find a new i triguing acxessory for my bikepacking trio around Canada. They just received this " tie wrap lock " really lighweight and affordable . Amy told me they just had bought Vicious Cycle in Hinton and Jasper. Big team of bikers. A few accessory. They would need the Arkel bags series. They gave me the complete sheet of stickers !! Damn the mustache one is really trendy, and on my helmet now !

Darla was fabulous!!! We walked in, she was helpful NOT judgmental and funny. We LOVE our new bikes. I especially love my matching basket. Thank you so much Darla.

Although I didn’t end up purchasing my bike here because I decided on a different brand they didn’t have, I really appreciated their customer service and helpfulness. Various staff assisted me and they were all very kind and flexible. Thanks for your service.

Every time I go to this location everyone is always ready to drop what their doing and help with a smile on their face. Very knowledgeable staff and they don’t give you that car salesman vibe, just everyday people passionate about bikes. The store is clean and nicely laid out. I do wish they had more clothing though. Definitely an awesome shopping experience!!

First time shopper, these guys made it so easy. We phoned ahead and they had what we wanted, picked it up 3 hours later. Had some good banter with the English guy in the back (terrible with names) about the up coming Welsh vs England in the upcoming six nations. Highly recommend, thanks very much MA&G team!
