Good location MEC store with good parking roughy outside. Two levels store with good selections of outdoors and adventure clothing and gears. MEC has its own brand products with good quality. Outside parking tonight in front of the store. Friendly staff and well organized. Recommended!

I have been a loyal MEC customer for decades. Shortly before Christmas I joined the new membership program. I was excited to get my first discount code earlier this week and was told that the code expired the day after I received it. There is no expiry date on the email. I spoke with a manager who did not seem interested in answering questions or having any discussion on the matter. Kind of felt lied to and am very disappointed.

One stop shop for all you outdoor recreational needs. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is well lit and clean. The ambiance is nice and it is open and airy. Good quality products but sometimes pricey. There are washroom facilities. I have shopped at the store for many years and have always enjoyed the experience. There is lots of parking.

Nothing wrong with the store or the availability of the products, typical MEC. However, Black Friday deals were a sham. We spent $500+ on a jacket, should have qualified for a free pair of Nordic pants. Nope, no stock. We were 5 times over a threshold to qualify for a set of hand warmers, nope, not available either. Hey, can we have a bag for this bulky jacket? Nope. No bags. Overall disappointed with the my experience there. MEC used to be awesome, now it's just another store. Thumbs down!

dude i love this place, really lovely staff. as a trans person i’ve never felt more comfortable in a store. store itself is pretty massive. great vibes tho, def my favourite camping store in edmonton
