I purchased a replacement charger for my Tevrun scooter. Later that evening, the scooter/charger caught on fire while it was plugged in. After checking the packaging, I noticed a small sticker indicating the battery model was different from the one I believed I had purchased. I brought this to the store’s attention, but the concern did not seem to be addressed in a meaningful way. I’m sharing this to describe my experience and hope it helps improve quality control and customer support.

When I came in I was surprised at the huge selection of unique items, hoverboards, scooters, mopeds, bikes, quads… These guys have it, not to mention lots of different colours+slight variations. Super helpful and knowledgeable staff, and the atmosphere was nice as staff was super friendly and could joke around with. I ended up purchasing 2 scooters and will definitely be back in the future. This right here is an Armada Talon I bought a week ago. This bike is fully electric and it’s a great investment. The range I got varied between 55-75km depending on the speed I went and my top governed speed was roughly 35km/h, even though I was able to go an easy 65 km/h with the governor off. These guys are fantastic to deal with on the service side! I bring my Apollo scooter here multiple times a year for tune ups and flat tire repairs. They always have stock in house and are ready to change parts that same day. If they can’t service the scooter that day, they communicate well and let me know with a quick update. Highly recommend the team here at Gateway Power Sports!

The single worst experience with quad or SxS ever ....these guys took almost a full year to fix my SxS and then couldn't wash it or make certain the battery would be good and charged me a crazy amount of 2300$ to fix a broken rear drive shaft and brake pads plus oil change ...if you had it for that long and want to charge me 2300$ why not rinse the quad at least ...your over billing me as is really use a hose and maybe I wouldn't get upset...so the owner states the parts cost 1600$ and he bil...
