I can't say enough good things about Shift Happens Bicycle Repair! My bike had started making strange noises, so I gave them a call. They asked me to drop it off and said they'd take a look as soon as they could—no promises, but they'd fix it if it wasn’t anything major. Amazing service and work done by Shift Happens. My bike needed quite the overhaul front to back, tons of parts replaced and an overall tune-up of basically the entire bike. Rather than simply taking the bikes in for the service, Pepper asked if we were experiencing any issues or wanted anything specifically fixed. I described some basic symptoms, and she said she would perform a free estimate to better diagnose the work. 1 week later I got a call saying the bikes were ready fo...
