I took my bike in to have a new dropper post installed today. It was an hour before closing and I was fully prepared to leave my bike with them so they could get to it when they had time. Tim asked when I was riding next and I said "tomorrow?" with a big smile on my face. They had the new dropper post installed before closing and I was on my way! Great job guys! Thanks so much!

Justin was very patient and helpful with assisting me with the purchase of my e-bike. I never felt pressured or co-coerced into spending more than what I had budgeted. There was a great selection, the store is clean and organized and it was overall a great experience. I will definitely return if I need anything further and would highly recommend a visit.

Outstanding as well as kind service that was provided by Brian and the nameless technicians who put together the E-bike package I rode away with~!
