The staff at Cranked were an amazing help with getting me into my first mountain bike! They were very patient, knowledgeable, and very kind. They didn't try and upsell me, they really wanted to get me into the best bike for my needs and their care and dedication really shows. I cannot recommend Cranked enough, talk about an amazing team of people!

A special shout out to Alison who put up with my endless questions and for her help in making the final decision on the Blade. Couldn't be happier with the bike and the support and service. The range and quality of equipment they have in the store plus the expertise to help you navigate the options is totally worth the drive to Airdrie. Great store!

Bought a bike with the help of Alison and her expertise! She was so helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic! She even helped me fit the bike into my hatchback so I could get it home! Clean facility, great staff and sick bikes. This will most definitely be my go to bike shop from now on!
